Jody, like many of your photos you have made excellent use of both lighting and shape. The woman just about emerging from the shadows is quite dramatic, in part because of the bright areas of light. The pose is interesting, with her downward glance into her hand, with a look that we cannot quite identify. It's really an image of partial revelation and partial mystery. The subdued saturation adds to that effect. Great photo!
