yoti 0 Posted November 13, 2002 nice action shot. Background is a little busy Good Eye Link to comment
niranjn 0 Posted November 13, 2002 Nice dynamics. That the children are sporting roughly the same colors is cool. The background is not pleasing. I would have preferred if you had shot from lower down, so that (1) you could place the left girl's shoes in front of the off-white wall instead of the window, and (2) eliminate the grass and the "floor" on the bottom right. (edit: I meant ""floor" on the bottom left") Link to comment
chuck_dowling 0 Posted November 14, 2002 Excellent. The kids are obviously having a ball, and you caught it just right! Link to comment
jeroen wesdorp 0 Posted November 14, 2002 Fine timing, Wayne! And a fine, playful photo overall. Cool that you just caught the front girl's one eye uncovered by hair and the other's hanging not so straight down in motion. And the shoelaces are nice too. Perhaps it would have been better from a lower viewpoint? That would have left you with no grass and may be more room to crop a little less tightly. Not sure, just a guess. Regards, Link to comment
glenn_polin 0 Posted November 16, 2002 The kids are wonderful! I can't help wishing that the window blinds and the wall texture were not so crisp. To me, they detract a little. I keep "seeing" the rectangular window frame distracting me from the wonderful geometry the kids are making. Link to comment
bernhard 0 Posted December 4, 2002 Wooom, this rocks. As said before, good timing and sense of dynamic motion. This time the crop is just right. Link to comment
s_wan 0 Posted December 29, 2002 Background is a little distracting but you've captured the moment well. Personally I think the angle in the original should have been retained in the crop rather than levelling it... gives more of a "spur of the moment" feel. Link to comment
