Three Dancers

It works for me, Chuck. the fade from real to illusion works beautifully.

Actually it's all real. This is a shot taken at 200mm @ f2.8. There were maybe a dozen girls on stage at the time and these three were lined up like this. I know the dance instructor and she lets me roam around freely and take pictures during the dress rehearsals. Lots of fun!

 It doesn't show up well at this small size, but in the full size you can see small beads of sweat on the front girl's forehead.

Chuck, it does sound like a lot of fun. I thought that it was all real but the effect of reality fading to obscurity  was very powerful. I think lots of detail in the FG dancer would be a real bonus.

This picture is perfect.. The dof can´t be better for this shoot and the colors fits the rest of the shot perfect... Splendid work on this
