markvmueller 0 Posted June 9, 2010 To photograph wild tigers is getting more difficult than ever as theirnumbers are unfortunately declining rapidly. Sitting on the back of anopen jeep with my 300/2.8 and heavy tripod I was able to capture thisproud tiger in Ranthambore Nat. Park in India. It shows very nicelyhow the tiger's stripped pattern camouflage it in the high grass. Ifocused on the eye, the low light condition did not allow for a greatDOF - but in this case even better.
