I enjoy the composition very much, many positive elements like the dog and the music. You've got a darker low diagonal/brighter upper diagonal which is scheme is complemented by his dark pants and light shirt. It all works very well together. In a more critical sense, I'd love a bit more detail in his slacks (though I suspect in a larger version, this detail may have been preserved).
