This image is the product of excellent conceptual thinking skills. The composition, subject selection and color blending is soothing on the eyes of the viewer. The reddish hue on the right side of the apple compliments the wall 's texture beautifully. I love the lighting here. Choosing to lighten the brighter hue allows more saturation to the reddish color which is needed to break up the green tones. 

This is an enjoyable image to view and critique.
