Visited a Greenhouse that my parents had told us about. Mom said it

was so beautiful, and just goes on forever and forever. Well, I wish we

had checked it out sooner. A Wonderful Gem of a Paradise, you would

never know it from the road. Griffin's carries many new varieties of

flowers, has a big pond in the middle of the Property, and an area where

you can even have Wedding Photos taken. By the pond there are

benches to just sit and bask in the sun, or enjoy a good book. One of

the owners' is also a Photographer. I did take more phtotos of flowers,

but when I spyed these deep burgandy Peonies still in bud, I could not

resist the color. (comments welcome with thanks, and be assured I

have not become obsessed with 'Ants' ! tnks for looking, Gail

Nice composition Gail and good combimation of vivid colours . Due to their size, those little guys are difficult to capture convincinly well. You managed to do it.. Yesterday I was trying to shoot some in our garden but alas no success...-:). Rgrds -ds-

Maybe I will write a children's book about Joe. I have at least a few 'drawerings' for my book.

You are too funny, and that is a good thing. Many thanks again for gracing my pages.....sincerely, Gail

Interesting shot with good clarity. Without the ant this would also be an interesting abstract. Well done. - Charles

I think it's amazing I even captured this shot.  It was a 'full sunny day' and many images I took got tossed.  I've  a lot to learn yet re: exposure.   So to answer your question, nope....no flash. Tnks for asking though, and for your time and critique, Sincerely, Gail
