Pretty nice model with lovely skin. Pretty junky refrigerator I got to add, even we all know it isyour lanai backup for  your "beer stash" Get her beside the newer new Whirlpool, Hansem, I am kidding and I think you were being playful too.  (Do crop the junk rust on the left side.) 

Q:Did you have to do a lot of PP on her body, I am wondering because I haven't advanced beyond the clone approach to PS CS3 and am yet to learning brush tools and all..

Gerry, it was my old fridge for the beer at the shop. You are right about the rust. It was an impromptu shoot when she was getting something to drink. I did the standard/normal skin softening on PP. I use a plug-in called "Portraiture" by Imagenomics.
