robertbrown 1 Posted March 11, 2003 Comments, ratings appreciated on this print. I like to print dark, but now I'm thinking it needs to be lightened. Any suggestions on printing? Thanks. Link to comment
kathy_f 0 Posted March 11, 2003 Not too dark... I love the drama in it. Composition is very effective in incorporating foreground and communicating the distance. No tips on printing I'm afraid except maybe try it a bit lighter and see how you like it, experimentation is key!! Link to comment
z_z1 0 Posted March 11, 2003 This picture has tons of potential. Check out Bruce Barnbaums sight and see how he makes his prints look so luminous. www.barnbaum.com Beyond that I would lope off some of the bottom and lighten up the rock faces a bit. Great shot though. Link to comment
southernman 0 Posted March 12, 2003 My first thought was how large and vast this country of ours is. Then I thought , great shot. Thanks. Link to comment
sm. alec 0 Posted March 12, 2003 I'm with Eric, in that there is much potential here. Great skies. Split-contrast printing may help here, to bump up the conrast in the foreground. Link to comment
