Gail, This is just one layer with varying degrees of blurring.  We have had a lot of rain recently and I am enjoying it while it lasts. Everything is wonderfully lush and green which is unusual for us here. The summer heat will bring more forest fires, so I am not complaining. I hear you are having some very hot humid weather.

Linda, thanks for you comments on my image. I just spent the weekend - away on a photography trip - trying to remember the name 'Queen Anne's Lace'. It was everywhere, in quantity, but I only got as far as 'lace'. I agree with what you say on your profile about getting to know people on photonet. It is fun. I love you china, by the way. Your wall looks like my mother's.

Thank you for the kind words. This wildflower  grows everywhere here as well. I love this time of year when the world comes alive. Some of that china was my grandmother's, some my mother's, some my own. I have become obbsesive about it in my old age.
