They're only feet apart in terms of distance otherwise they're worlds apart.  You call that indifference but it could also be a lot of other thoughtful words.

Great candid capture that is quite aesthetically pleasing because of the surroundings. Here we have a man enjoying his lunch (?), and one catching a bit of rest on another picnic table, as he wears what appears to be 'his life' on his back, and part of it also serves as his pillow.
