At the End of the Trail

Small waterfall at the end of the lower trail through Conkle's Hollow State Nature

Preserve in Hocking Hills, Ohio. Only adjustments made on original raw file were

curves and slight reduction on highlights. The way the light was falling into the gorge

provided a natural vignette.

Beautifull like looking into a light box. Great dynamic range and wonderfull green colours as well as other colours. The long exsposure on the water is like an extention of the light at the opening at the top and the stones and sand look great. lovely location and great compostion and capture. Well done.

A rather spectacular photograph, the light illuminates this gorgeous setting so well. Wonderfully executed image.
