I love this ... love the detail in the hands ... and the NAILS! Nice crisp shot - the one small thing that seems missing is just a bit of smoke from the end of the cigarette.  Great shot.

I agree with everything that Lorrie said.  Nice shot, but some smoke at the end of the cigarette would have made this great image even stronger.  NIce B&W conversion, and the tonal range is excellent.

Very nicely done--excellent example of a Schenectady er, uh Synecdoche. (Which is a rhetorical figure in which the part is used for the whole.)
