celasun 0 Posted May 22, 2010 The same mood as in Dorothea Lange's legendary photograph...It is a pity that not much seems to have changed... Link to comment
3m 0 Posted May 22, 2010 Beautiful and powerful portrait -- Her pensive expression and pose, while cradling her little girl in her lap is touching. I find it almost bittersweet to see how beautifully her pink colored sari comes across in your photo composition... Link to comment

ldavidson 4 Posted May 28, 2010 Without words you communicate volumes. This is very moving and it is also an attractive image. The colours in the sari, the different patterns, the folds in the fabric as it draps around the mother and child are wonderful to look at. The expression on the mother's face is tragic. A beautifully composed image of poverty. Best wishes, Linda Link to comment
alfbailey 1 Posted June 1, 2010 A sad but rich depiction of a less fortunate people, glowing, in terms of colour and definition, heart wrenching in terms of suffering and anxiety.High Quality Image as alwaysRegardsAlf Link to comment
