This is charming.  And funny.  I get a kick out of taking photos of other photographers.  Sometimes I wonder if I look like this fellow to other folks when I out with a camera!

On the technical side, the aspect ratio indicates this was cropped a bit.  I'm wondering whether it might have been better showing more of what appears to be his left hand holding a colorful umbrella.  But it's not a big deal, I could tell what it was without the extra detail.  It emphasizes the essential elements very well as-is.
