A very good image Dave. i like the composition, the way it sweeps out of the top left corner. The warm colors and the nice addition of the interesting texture. A work of art and very original. Compliments to you. Jim

And it WAS fun to do :-))

These images are a way for me to learn more about the tools at hand as well as the 'art' of photography. Much of what I have learned in this way has found its way into my photographs.

For me... photography is not 'all about the camera and lens', but about about using all the tools available to create good images.

This is a wonderful photo Dave, one I wish I had shot myself. This type of close cropping on a detail to achieve an eye catching composition from something bigger really works for me. The noise/grain effect you added really suits this image. Well done, keep posting.

Great photo. I love the curved yet angled lines, the grain adds interest and the colors are warm. This is a terrific composition.
