This one in about as good as it gets - nice expression, color, sharpness, DOF, and background. The only thing that I think would make it better, although minor, is a little more space at the bottom. Good one.

Space at the bottom will give the girl a suggestion of floating. Now we calmly can pay attention to the head-subject, being her face. In the previous portrait that floating got suggested by the bottom and the fact the woman is wearing a strap around her neck. By that, fixation at just the face, was a lot harder. Next, here the open eyes plus background and lightning are better. So, at the end, this shot is my favorite..!     

Fixation on the face was indeed my intention.
