Excellent focus, skin tone, image placement within the frame, neutral background and lighting. Your kicker light really helps separate him from the background. 

I wish the square catch light in his right eye was round and it didn't bleed into the whites of his eye. If you are going to have a catch light in his left eye I would like to see it more pronounced.

I don't really think the positioning of his left hand on the top of his head works. It looks rather posed and awkward -- not at all natural.
