I've tried my hand at shooting harness racing, and I must say you did a really great job!  You've got the technique down very, very well.  Just the right blend of blur and  nice, snappy-sharp elements.  Looks like you probably shot this around noon (based on the shadows?), which always presents its own exposure problems--but maybe in Photoshop you could tone down some of the brightness?  I think you'd make a very, very good image even better.  Bravo!
