I've seen a few different compositions of this gal. She doesn't need the gimmicky selective color. This photo would work just fine either completely monochrome or color.

Lex, thats why I chose to have this one different (as in her lips)(Just for a change and a bit added interest (gimmick,!!!! I think not,after all thats what photoshop is for (isnt it?
