A window with Alzheimer's

I love the texture and color in this photo, but I'm not sure I understand the title.

Dear Michael. I think it s easy to understand: this is an old window, with broken glasses (as broken mind people suffering Alzheimer's disease has). You cannot see what it is happening inside because glasses due to spiderwebs and fungi, as you cannot see inside those people's mind. But you have just a bit of "reality" in the upper left corner glass, meaning those special moments those persons have with clarity in their minds. Those are moments of hope. This was my feeling when seeing this window. Cheers
