What's right about this picture: lighting, exposure, intent.

The main problem as I see it is that the model's tan (to the extent that she has a tan) is not perfect. Now, her body is great, but she doesn't have an all-over tan, and that's just too distracting. Obviously her day job may have nothing to do with modeling but if you're going to pose someone nude you've got to decide whether the imperfections are tolerable or not. IMO an imperfect - or incomplete - tan is too distracting.

Secondary problems: the heel of her left foot is not in harmony with the colour of the rest of her skin. And her right leg is awkwardly posed - just make the rest of that leg visible and that fixes that problem. Also, I can see wrinkles in the backdrop in the bottom right-hand corner of the frame.

The use of the teal cloth against your models red hair is perfect.
