mdomba 0 Posted October 31, 2002 One of the best composition b/w pictures I've seen. Nice sky you got here. The horizont is a bit pending on the right Link to comment
robert goldstein 0 Posted November 1, 2002 I like it. The black sky may be a bit overdone (red filter, presumably.) Link to comment
rick vincent 1 Posted November 3, 2002 The only thing that looks odd about this one is the perspective. I don't like the leaning building on the left. Might be just a bit over contrast also. Still this image drew me in for a closer look. Link to comment
julian_nichol 0 Posted November 18, 2002 i like this image, the sky looks great, i like the overall darkness in the image too. everytime i go to the london eye i never seem to get a good picture :/ Link to comment
k._s._lovington 0 Posted November 29, 2002 i think darkening the water would add even more mood to this already wonderfully ominous image. Link to comment
nikos 0 Posted December 8, 2002 I'm not entirely happy with some of the big dark patches - they dominate the image. Nevertheless you can't expect one to control the sky! It's a great composition overall and the "ominous" (as another photonetter already pointed out) feeling it projects is quite strong. I've been where you were standing plenty of times, yet your picture makes it look to me as a place unknown. That alone makes it an interesting photo. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 16, 2002 Everything is wonderful, but I think it should be cropped. Too much water. Link to comment
hashim a 0 Posted December 20, 2002 Outstanding, I love the clouds. The boat and the wheel and the composition, very nice. Link to comment
0 Posted March 18, 2003 I have really enjoyed your portfolio, you have great work. I like this one in particular as the sky makes the shot dramatic. I would suggest that you sort your photos in separate folders as this one is too large !! Great work Link to comment
kevin a hayes 0 Posted September 5, 2003 I've just moved back to London and pass the eye everyday on the way into and from the office. It is such a challenge to photo to; given it's size and the number of shots already taken. Your composition certainly comes close to being one of the best, although for me it is too dark in places and the form of the eye is lost in the clouds and sky. Link to comment
angela_carreras 0 Posted September 11, 2003 I agree with all, it's a wonderful picture! Link to comment
