The Church of San Pedro El Viejo, is located in the Huesca(Aragón) old town. In its origins, according to archaeologicalsources, was Roman temple; Visigoth later, then finally Mozarabic andRomanesque. It was founded as a Benedictine monastery at the end ofthe 11th century. The outstanding feature overall is its Romanesquecloister that you can see in this shot.

In this church, declared a National Monument in 1886, the tombs ofKings Alfonso I the Warrior and Ramiro II the Monk (Aragónkings) can be found.
