paolo de faveri 1 Posted April 18, 2010 Taken at the beach of Piemanson in Camargue, France. This is a double exposure blending: 1" for the foreground and 10" for the sky. Full tech details: Eos 50D, Tokina ATX_Pro 12-24 f4, tripod, GND 4x + ND 3x for the 10" shot. Your c&c are as always highly appreciated, thanks in advance for your time. Link to comment
whydangle 0 Posted April 18, 2010 Another example of skill! This is simple and highly effective. Just one very minor thing. There seems to be a single white spot to the right of the lightning that looks out of place. BTW, a huge congratulations for appearing in OP. You deserve the recognition and I hope it will be a fruitful opportunity! Link to comment
paolo de faveri 1 Posted April 18, 2010 Thanks Mark, so you've seen it, eh? (the op feature I mean). Yep, it's just great being published on that magazine, I'm totally happy about that. It's also working as a very effective adv, my site has seen a noticeable increase in visits in the last two weeks, and I already had some interesting contact from people who became aware of myself after reading the article. Thanks also for commenting on this pic, I'm glad you like it. About the bright spot you mention, that's actually a globular lightning. But I agree that for a web presentation I should clone it off.Cheers,Paolo Link to comment

k.c. 0 Posted April 19, 2010 Absolutely amazing shot here. I didn't understand why it was so far back in the ratings, then I saw that the trolls got a hold of it. I love the motion of everything, great job with your shutter!!! I love it!!! Link to comment
