San Gimignano

Very nice Frank.

I was a 9 year old, in Europe with my family on Sabbatical in 1963. I read about the towers of San Gimignano and persuaded my parents to take me there for a day (we were living in Florence for several months).

It was a great adventure.

Yes, I also think that the gradual movement to the light is very nicely done in your photo, as is your choice of square framing, since it emphasizes the illuminated scenery at the end of the tunnel. Very nice mood too. BTW, San Gimignano is really a wonderful place to visit ( - the many tourists) -- & I would love to return there some time again soon too :-)
