The mood of the model and the overall dreamy effect make the pic very beautiful. Congrats.

I like position of hands framing lower part of her face kind of symmetrically to how hair frame upper part. Maybe you even tried to postprocess hands the way that they will look like hair - seems like I see brush lines, but I'm not sure. That will be appropriate and that part (face and hands) can be separate image by itself. On technical/execution side there are few I think issues - around upper right side of her head I see few spots remaining of background removal activity. At least is seems like that. When that is intentional, it should be more prominent ;) In this case it looks not intentional :( Then edge of her left shoulder (right side of the image) that selection is not precise (or smooth) - it distracts when I'm viewing large image. But coming back to impression - very good portrait.
