Baloon Vendor

Never done "Street" photography, not sure if this even counts. But, it

does have mixed elements in a street scene, though it is in color and

not wide. Tell me what you think? I thank you in advance for you time.

It's an attractive shot. You have composed it nicely with the young baloon seller 'locked' in position between the hand, the cap and the tree. His torso is well seen against the backdrop of the wooded area. If his head had been superimposed on a trunk that could have awkward, but it is well positioned against the ground -- in fact his upper torso seems well enclosed within the visual 'enclosure' of the trunks. His dress is colorful and the baloons are of course hugely so. My only reservation is about the vast expanse of sunlit tarmac ahead of him. It can be made to yield some more texture/detail while processing (you're using CS4, perhaps the most powerful processing tool available today). A wee bit of sharpening may be in order. All in all it is a good street photograph.

What I have uploaded is according to my own tastes, not necessarily the best option. Just to give you another viewpoint. Using Lightroom I've tweaked things a bit -- like deepened the greens a li'l, reduced orange luminance a few notches. Pls email me if u prefer i delete it.
