A sincere portrait - there’s engagement here, and trust… I would guess you probably know the model quite well, or maybe you just met him, but I’d be surprise. Pictures tell stories and often the viewer supplies the narrative. I like this story.

Best wishes for 2011 William (a beautiful name and my son’s name btw) and for the wife - I hope she’s aware what a cool guy she's married to!
