Frost at the river bank - B&W version

Hi everyone,

this is an image I took last year on a utterly cold morning at the

beginning of January, and that I've recently reworked in black and

white. This is the Po River bank nearby Carignano in Piedmont, italy.

Details: Eos 50D, Canon EF 70-300 IS USM, tripod. Stitch of four

vertical takes. Because of the extremely fine details, a click to the

larger size is strongly recommended ;-)

The tonality and fine texture is so expertly captured. This would make a smashing large print. The floating duck in the corner is an added element of interest. 7/7
