Excellent photo! There really is nothing to critique - the lighting is great and the photo shows a great respect for the person being photographed. If I were to nit-pick it would be that the position of the person within the image could be moved a bit to the right to create more of a feeling of space and perhaps there could be a slight turn of the head to get more of a feel for the person - but these points are so minor and a matter of personal taste that I am almost embarrassed to mention them.
