Wrinkles

The simplistic nature of this photograph allows me to focus on the wrinkles and the scaly “newborn” skin. I just love the highlights and shadows on the baby. I am wondering if the blanket in the top right hand corner in the photograph just happened to be in the frame, or if you put it there intentionally to cover the baby’s bottom?
