4. portraits / fashion The Victim

I can look at this image for hours. It probably won't have thesame effect on you but do tell me if it has anyeffect.

Feedback appreciated.

I've been drawn to this photograph several time but needed some time to work out how it makes me feel. The way her lipstick is smeared and the hair tousled, I feel that she is portraying a sexual or domestic violence victim. Her stare is much like a woman in that situation would, I suspect, look. The lighting only enhances this feeling.

I give you and your model much credit as this could not have been an easy photograph to make.
