Compositionally this shot could be improved measurably with some cropping and change in orientation. There is a lot of wasted space, in which the blossoms get somewhat lost. By cropping tighter and changing to a portrait orientation, you can make the shot a lot more interesting

many thanks Scott for the comments! I find your cropping perfect! but still like the original with a lot of background. I feel the extra space enhances the blossom and places it in a more surprising context. Again thanks for taking time to comment :)

Art, one of the most difficult parts to photographing flowers in the wild is getting the right background. This is perfect. I love the feeling of space.
