Art, am enjoying this whole series. this one needs a wee bit of TLC, not much but a helping hand would not go amiss here. the first thing that catches your eye when viewing this image, are the wholes in the petals. they, at least for me, destroy the flow of your image. with offending wholes removed and also spot on upper right petal, everything here than becomes smooth as silk. a nice image!

thank you Roger for your comments. Since few weeks now, I am following the life of a group of anemones in different light and conditions (as you probably noticed from the posts!). I was delighted by the bearing of this one and the presence of holes on petals left me with the same thoughts as yours in the first place, that the holes would affect the esthetics of the picture. But after some time, I realized that it would be part of the portfolio series as they would nicely render the life cycle I was following. And I like contrasts, here the magnificient posture and the holes, at the expense of pure esthetics. I hope you like it.

As part of a series it works well. as individual image would prefer to see tidied up a wee bit. your putting forth some really interesting work Art, is a pleasure to be along for the ride. not sure which series am enjoying the most your daisies, or the anemones. both are very refreshing. wish you magic light!
