I love the simplicity of it, but would prefer the white/blue horizon to be lower in the frame.

I think that would enhance the impact of the tops of these grasses.

(also notice a 'dirt mark' in bottom left corner, could be dirt on lens?)

While this shot might not attract the degree of attention that the numerous HDR images will, I like it. It has a certain stark, minimilist feel to it that appeals to me. I'm guessing someone will make note that the Rule of Thirds should have been employed in the distribution of the background - either more white or more blue - but I believe splitting it in half works for this photo. Masters of the past - Weston in particular comes to mind - broke the "rules" on a regular basis; still his photos are considered works of art.
