Snowdrops

Any Comments?

simple nice image, think flowers could be toned down just a wee bit gosh you just have to feel good when you spot your first snow drop of the season. have seen them popping through the snow at times. the color yellow on the tips, is that how they all are, in Norway? or do you also have the green tips.

Thank you for commenting on my photo. We also have snowdrops with green tips in Norway, and also some without coloured tips, just white.

Sidsel, thanks for getting back to me. I don't think i have ever seen a yellow snow drop but not really sure as have only really started looking at flowers in a serious manner for the past 10 years. Before that i just did not take flowers seriously. We also have the solid white ones, but they look just a wee bit different. Many years ago I was lucky enough to be the keeper of 100 cows high the Swiss alps. I was also not into flowers than, but can still remember the unbelievable colors of the alp flowers. To this day have never seen flowers with such vivid colors. It is also in Swiss alps where have seen the snowdrops popping through the snow.
