A very sad commentary on the human condition. We're very lucky to be here in North America and take for granted what our lives have for us. This is a stark reminder of how fortunate we are.

The pro's would never use the kit lense to take a picture like this. Only an amature would use a small apature. :)

 

Marvelous documentary shot. The unconventional POV heightens the drama and effect. The glimpse of his face is very telling.
