ldavidson 4 Posted March 9, 2010 This is a combination of two images, I wasn't sure if I should put it in Landscape or Digital Alterations. I decided to go with Landscape. Any suggestions, critiques are welcome. Thanks for looking. Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted March 11, 2010 Very imaginative Linda....really like the effect. It's very nice as it is...but I wonder - seeing as you asked for suggestions, if you had the rock and grasses in the foreground using 'selective color'.....or the opposite. I thought with the color in foreground, the cow would be contemplating greener grasses now that it had finally reached the beginning of the other side of the hill. But I really like the 'effect' used on the cow....kind of cool looking....warm regards, Gail Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted March 11, 2010 that cow looks like she is posing for you! wonderful textures and tones. nice choice for B&W Link to comment

hstelljes 41 Posted March 15, 2010 Maybe it's just me but I get a kick out of this image. To me the cow looks like its smiling as if to say you got me. I like the simple minimalistic approach you took here. Good work. I think the b&w is the way to go with this. Sincerely, Holger Link to comment

ldavidson 4 Posted March 17, 2010 Thank you all! Gail, thanks for the idea. Sonia, this particular cow seems to be more self confident than the average cow. Maybe she was voguing a bit for the camera. Holger, I glad you like it. I was deliberatly being pretentious here. Jeff, that sounds like an appealing image. I like it. Best wishes, Linda Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 17, 2010 Sometimes images are just fun to look at and when we combine a bit of our creative self we really master a single image equal to a play or story, I always think about what inspires the creation. Here again what was the inspiration for the design. mmmmm... Interesting. MJ Link to comment

llgarcia 1 Posted March 23, 2010 A very beautiful b&w image. Excellent tones, the head of the cow turned towards the rock is a moment well-captured. Good, good, very good! Regards, Linda. - Lester Link to comment
