It's has a great composition and color tones, and I very much like your pov, as well as the perspective with the worker in the bg, and the unusual textures and details of the bricks (on the ground, versus the ones on the sides) -- especially when seen bigger. Compliments!

So original, the composition is unusual and well done. If you can , you can do a series with this subject, because the patern of briks are very graphic.

I think than black and white with more contrast work well to.
