in looking at the lines that thus far, others seem to find distracting...i asked the question i constantly ask myself when dealing with debatable elements of a particular photograph: does it add...or does it detract from the overall effect i'm attempting to achieve. judging by that test...i must agree with the others who find that the lines disrupt the soft, natural flow of the picture...seem out of place, and IMHO...don't offer anything of value. minus the lines, i think it would be a lovely picture~!

Jana, love your "seeing". The lines work for me. They create interest in the space that could otherwise be negative. Excellent image.
