It's different.  Very original idea.  One complaint though, I don't like that bright glowing turquoise something.  I find it very distracting.

I would be willing to bet that the glowing turquoise artifact is the bulb filament reflected in either the filter or front element of the lens (something with a coating).  Given the random nature of the (hair?) it seems it would be an easy clone.

 

I agree with the others, it's an original idea and nicely shot... Not sure it's an appealing idea... but original.
