David-Wisse 5 Posted March 8, 2010 The introvert and the extrovert came to mind! Quite a dynamic composition Tim - and that dream-like atmosphere is appealing to me. Best, David Link to comment
rbanfield 0 Posted March 9, 2010 liked this shot when you posted it on FB but so much cooler here. Its almost a graphic black and white and I really like your composition. The light/dark portions work really well...Ray Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted March 11, 2010 You've nudged this into the borderline of graphic art. I like the tension between the two experiences. Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted March 12, 2010 David - you are precisely right about the personalities and I thought they created a wonderful contrast Ray - The "look" is kind of new for me and I'm still trying to fine tune it, but I really like how it simplifies things and draws attention to what I feel is important Jeff - for me it really came down to having enough to give structure or depth, instead of Jacob and Avery "floating" in white space, but I didn't want the beach scene to influence the viewer. I wanted this to be strictly about their personalities otherwise it's just two kids playing in the sand to me. Thanks everyone! Link to comment
