This is the 21st Century incarnation of Miss Liberty, American flag and

all on a Los Angeles Street, dancing away for passing motorists,

complete with headgear, for a 'familiar, but still surreal sight' -- but

notice her wonderful and engaging expression. Your ratings and

critiques are invited and most welcome. If you rate or critique harshly or

wish to make a remark, please submit a helpful and constructive

comment; please share your superior photographic knowledge to help

improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy! John

Nice job, John. Her body language is great and the jaunty way she is holding the flag really draws the eye to her.

It is a personal favorite of mine.

Almost completely surreal.

How many times would anyone expect to come across such a situation much less make a decent capture (at night?)

You just have to live the life I live and have the instincts I do to be so lucky, I think.

Many people may not appreciate such a photo, (maybe most but you and me) but for me, it's a total winner, regardless of those who like flowers, sunsets, gauzy seas with time exposures, and supersharp daytime captures.

This is MY KIND OF PHOTO, all the way.

Thanks again Alan.

For 'Interesting' it's one of my favorites, high or low rates, regardless.

Hardly matters.

Just 'interesting' is enough.

Eye catching interesting, in my mind.

Thanks.
