After missing the last two major East Coast snowstorms, a "monster"

storm (as colorfully labeled by AccuWeather) dumped up to two feet of

snow on upstate New York. A very kind neighbor with a king-size

"garden" tractor plowed us out. And state, county and town snowplows

(the size of which you would not believe!) had roads cleared and safe

to drive within hours of the end of the storm. Yes, (Southern states

take note) we do budget for snow removal in this region. Cheers...Bill
