I like this a lot, the framing is right, the post processing is effective and not over done although the flood effect you have done is given away slightly by the grass and the mood of the image makes me want to be there.

IMHO the sandbar in front of her needs a little burning. The rest of the lighting is good... you even picked up some rim light on her legs and right arm. I feel like I could reach out and touch the water in front of her. Very nice!
