The blades of grass in the lower middle area distracts just a little. You may want to consider cloning it out. Otherwise I really like this photo. Nice contrast and colors.

I really like the soft curves of the undulating hillside, the beautifully defined sky, the combination of colours and the position of the trees, in summary, a really soothing simple landscape that works very well.
