voets 0 Posted October 16, 2002 I'm correcting the colors of a lot of my underwater photo's. On this one I like the blue however. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted October 16, 2002 I would keep the blue. It seems very surreal to me. Link to comment
mike_kohary 0 Posted October 16, 2002 Agreed - keep the blue. It looks lovely the way it is. Link to comment
midda 0 Posted October 21, 2002 Sorry I have to disagree - in my opinion, of course. The blue just doesn't work for me. I would like to see the Derasa's color as is (which are gorgeous anyway), and certainly the corals behind. Personal preference - but you should always please yourself. To hell with everyone else! ;-) Link to comment
d._anthony_guimond 0 Posted October 22, 2002 i agree with Melissa. i too would like to see the true colors. i would color corect it. I do beleave that is a Tridacna Maxima clam ;) Link to comment
george_vincent 0 Posted November 18, 2002 Remove the blue. Not the clam. Use the foreground at the bottom right to set the proper color cast. Framing is a little off. Link to comment
don_harper_the_edge 0 Posted November 26, 2002 I think you may find the background burned out if you try to color correct. I normally go for underwater lighting, but in this case I would leave alone. Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
g1 0 Posted December 6, 2002 These colours are delicious! For a fine art photo certainly leave as it is, but perhaps for a documentary shot (a book or whatever) you may have to correct. I have to say it was the colours that led me to open the full file in the first place. Irridescent is a word that springs to mind (probably spelled it wrong). Link to comment
