The whole series is a story book - and one by one a delicacy for eyes and minds.

Birte, I was brought to these Indian images by a comment on an image of someone else. You had a discussion about India with one of our fellow photographers. . . . .

 

I like the idea, that the images You make are not l'art-pour-l'art, but You make them for some idea You strongly believe in , even if that idea may seem to others a naive undertaking. I think the ultimate goal in photography and art is to show the beauty and diversity of the world & importance of that all to Life on Earth . A part of that goal is to point to the evil (maybe war, poverty, animal mistreatment etc.) that is happening around us and hinders the main goal. ...................

 

Only pity, that there are so few people who think like that. And in poor countries like India, there are even less in procentage than in the rich countries.
