Beautiful shot... The foreground and rocks seem a little dark to me- I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's the difference between the 'active' upper half of the picture and the rather 'passive' (and darker) lower half... My own esthetic might lead me to crop off the rocks, putting the dark water line in the middle and let people guess what they were looking at.

The mystery of this scene, for me lies in the area below the clouds, from the sea horizon down to the bottom. Doesn't the clouds, beautiful as you've captured them, detract from the strangely captivating and more abstract mood of the scene? From a Fan :-)
